Bob Horn

Bob Horn is a multi-platinum, Grammy award winning Mix Engineer known for working with Artists spanning many genres; R&B, Pop, Hip Hop, Rock, Adult Contemporary, and Smooth Jazz, as well as artists from countries around the globe including Korea, Japan, Spain, Indonesia, and China. Some of those artists include: Usher, Timbaland, Michael Jackson, NeYo, Brandy, Ashanti, Dave Koz, Akon, Lupe Fiasco, Chinx, Stalley, as well as Brian Culbertson, Everclear, Faith Evans, Brian McKnight, Trace Adkins, LeAnn Rimes, The Common Kings and many more.

Bob attended Berklee College of Music in the mid- to late-'90sbefore relocating to Nashville in 1998 to begin his career as an recording engineer. Then in 2001 moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a mix engineer.

Although Bob's career focus is mixing music, he is an accomplished musician playing drums, guitar, bass and piano, and is also involved in songwriting and production.

In 2011 Bob, along with long time engineer friend Erik Reichers designed and built The EchoBar Recording Studios in North Hollywood, CA where he mixes records for his clients.


Wes Kosakowski

Wes "Koz" Kosakowski is a musician, producer, mixer and recording engineer from Chicago, IL. He has worked with artists such as Plain White T's, The Scissors, IanJ, Aktar Aktar and Maddie Jane. Wes Koz's music and productions have been featured on The Ellen show, TMZ, Extra and the motion picture "One Small Hitch".


Esther Park

Having been born and raised in Los Angeles, Esther's exposure to a variety of music through the radio has helped her to develop an appreciation for all sounds of music. Growing up she listened to a lot of R&B and would imitate all the top singers of the 90's. She loved that songs could tell a story and express a person's emotions. It amazed her how millions of people could relate to the same song. She was introduced to Kpop by friends and would put on performances for family and friends. Esther's dream was to work in the music industry one day. In 2012, Esther began working with Joe (Kairos) and began to top line and sing on various tracks. Through Kairos she has gotten to see her dream come to life as a top liner and songwriter.


Hobyn Yi

A graduate of Musicians Institute's Audio Engineering & Independent Artist Program, Hobyn 'K.O' Yi is recognized as a jack of all trades.  With his certifications, he earned himself a notable reputation in the music industry as a professional audio engineer / producer, having rubbed elbows with the likes of Father MC, Ray J, Red Velvet Ray Gun, Foreword, The Order, Klash, and many more.  Currently ranking as Kairos Music Group's Chief Audio Engineer & Director of Studio Operations, he also has achieved experiences in various fields such as; Music Production / Songwriting, Music Licensing, Studio & Acoustic Design, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Programming, Professional Consulting, & Web / Graphic Design.
